This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Galactic Bridge Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"), the developer and operator of the SparkPulse Exchange app, collects when you use the app and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access or delete it.

Biometric unlock: if you enable fingerprint or face unlock, it is handled entirely by your phone's operating system. We never receive or store your biometric data.
Not collected: we do not collect your contacts, precise location, SMS, call logs or advertising ID, and we do not sell personal data.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and your consent where it is required.
Some app screens open our related websites (for example the UAS Wallet at unitedafricashilling.com) in your browser. Those pages have their own privacy policy. The optional home-screen widget only downloads public price and gold-backing figures and sends no personal data.
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use contractual and other safeguards appropriate to your jurisdiction.
We keep account data while your account is open. After you close or delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (KYC, anti-money-laundering, transaction, tax and accounting records), which we keep for up to 7 years and then delete.
We confirm requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for the records described in section 6.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@sparkpulse.net. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
SparkPulse Exchange is only for adults (18+, or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by email.
