Account & Data Deletion Request — SparkPulse Exchange

You can request deletion of your SparkPulse Exchange account and associated personal data by email or via in-app settings.

How to Request

  1. In app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and submit deletion request.
  2. Or email: info@sparkpulse.net
  3. Include your registered email and account ID (if known).

Identity Verification

To protect your account, we may ask for identity verification before processing deletion.

Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example KYC/AML, transaction, tax, accounting, sanctions screening, and anti-fraud records) for statutory periods.
