Account & Data Deletion Request — SparkPulse Exchange

You can request deletion of your SparkPulse Exchange account and associated personal data by email
or via in-app settings.
How to Request
- In app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and submit deletion request.
- Or email: info@sparkpulse.net
- Include your registered email and account ID (if known).
Identity Verification
To protect your account, we may ask for identity verification before processing deletion.
Processing Timeline
- Request acknowledgment: within 2 business days.
- Deletion completion target: within 30 days, subject to legal checks.
What Is Deleted
- Profile and account data not required for legal retention.
- App push token and most operational profile metadata.
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example KYC/AML, transaction,
tax, accounting, sanctions screening, and anti-fraud records) for statutory periods.
