Terms of Service — SparkPulse Exchange

These Terms govern access to and use of SparkPulse Exchange services operated by
Galactic Bridge Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be legally eligible to use crypto trading services in your jurisdiction.
- You must satisfy applicable age requirements and complete identity checks where required.
- The service is not offered to Prohibited Persons or to persons accessing the service from Prohibited Jurisdictions.
2. Prohibited Persons and Jurisdictions
For purposes of these Terms, Prohibited Persons include any person or entity whose use of the services would create legal or regulatory risk for Spark Exchange.
- U.S. persons, including U.S. citizens, residents, green-card holders, persons physically located in the United States, entities organized under U.S. law, and persons acting for or on behalf of any such person or entity.
- Persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to sanctions or restrictions in any prohibited jurisdiction.
- Persons who provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information about jurisdiction, residency, nationality, location, device, network, identity, or source of funds.
We may use IP-based geolocation, device and network signals, account information, and identity verification data to determine whether a user is a Prohibited Person or is accessing the service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. Nature of Service
Spark Exchange provides access to digital asset trading and account services, subject to
operational limits, maintenance windows, and legal/regulatory restrictions.
4. Risk Disclosure (Important)
- Digital assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.
- Nothing in the app constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice.
5. Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and device security.
- Enable MFA/2FA where available.
- Notify support immediately about suspected compromise or unauthorized activity.
6. KYC/AML and Compliance
- We may require identity verification and source-of-funds checks.
- We may refuse onboarding, suspend access, freeze activity, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe you are a Prohibited Person or are accessing the service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- We may reject, freeze, or report transactions as required by law or sanctions programs.
- We may request additional information to satisfy compliance obligations.
7. Fees, Pricing, and Execution
- Applicable fees, spreads, and charges are disclosed in-app or in fee schedules.
- Execution may be impacted by market conditions, liquidity, and system latency.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific execution outcomes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, abuse, account takeover attempts, wash trading, spoofing, or market manipulation.
- Use of services in violation of laws, sanctions, or third-party rights.
- Interference with platform security, integrity, or operations.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for legal, security, risk, or Terms violations, including
where required by regulators or competent authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
App software, content, branding, and service materials are owned by or licensed to
Galactic Bridge Sdn Bhd, except third-party content under respective rights.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis.
Liability limitations and exclusions apply as allowed in your jurisdiction.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: Malaysia.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or — where mandated by applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction — through the competent courts of your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless local law
requires additional consent.
